Over the last few years I’ve built automation for 50+ businesses. When you hire me, you talk to the person who actually builds the thing, start to finish — no team, no hand-offs, no “let me check with someone.” That’s only possible because I’ve automated my own business the same way I’ll automate yours. It’s not a limitation I’m hiding; it’s the proof. (There’s a good chance an automated system I built is how you found me — that’s the pitch, working.)

Why I work the way I do

Two things shaped it. I spent years as a whitewater river guide — often running “sweep,” the last boat down, whose whole job is to watch everything ahead, catch anyone who takes a swim, and grab any gear that comes loose before it floats away. (That’s where my care plan, The Sweep, gets its name.) And I spent years as a copywriter running my own shop — really the skill of listening to a business, finding the plain-English version of what it actually needs, and writing it down clearly. Put them together and you get how I build: watch everything, sweat the details, and turn a messy process into a system that runs without you.

Operations you can trust

Anyone can wire together an automation. Fewer people stick around after it’s built. I don’t just build the system — I watch it, back it up, and fix the small things before they reach you. I hold my own business to the same standard: 150+ automation tools, 800+ automatic backups, an alert on every workflow, a health check every day. If I wouldn’t trust it to run my business, I won’t sell it to run yours.
