What I’ve built

Real systems, running real businesses. Client names are kept private, but the outcomes are exactly as built.

Over the past few years I’ve built automations for 50+ businesses across a dozen-plus industries — events, real estate, e-commerce, legal, lead generation, publishing, property management, content, and more. Here’s a look at the range.

Events · Partner CRM

80–90% less manual invoicing for a 70-partner festival

A regional spirits-and-food events organizer was running 70+ partners across five separate tracks entirely by hand — approvals, invoicing, payment chasing, asset collection. Now the whole lifecycle runs itself: approve a partner → their invoice sends → they pay → they’re confirmed → late payers get chased → assets get collected → unpaid spots are released. It’s operated by one non-technical staffer who enters two fields per partner; everything downstream triggers on its own.

Property management · Document generation

Property paperwork, from 45 minutes to 2

A property-management company was hand-building the same documents for every property — each with its own fee structure and legal requirements — and growth was turning that into a bottleneck. Instead of adding staff, we mapped the whole process and built the rules into a system. Document creation dropped from 45 minutes to 2 minutes per property, with no loss of accuracy — so the portfolio can grow without the paperwork growing with it.

Lead generation · AI pipeline

150+ qualified funded-startup leads a week — with no pricey enrichment bills

A lead-gen consultant needed a steady stream of freshly-funded, ideal-fit startups across the US and UK — without paying per-contact fees to Apollo or ZoomInfo. Now a daily pipeline pulls newly-funded companies from public filings across two countries, AI-qualifies each against his ideal customer, and finds the right decision-maker’s LinkedIn — all on live web search, not a paid database. It runs hands-off and delivers at least 150 qualified, ready-to-contact leads a week — essentially every funded company that fits.

Property management · Reporting

A monthly performance report that builds itself

A short-term-rental manager was drowning in raw bookings, financials, and guest reviews across a portfolio of properties, with a client report to assemble by hand each month. Now the system pulls the month’s reservations and financials, reads the guest reviews, and generates a branded per-property report — and it cites the actual guest review behind every maintenance finding, so nothing is a guess. The polished monthly deliverable that used to cost a full day now arrives ready to send.

More of the range

A sampling of what we’ve built — for clients and for our own operations. Different industries, same idea: take the manual, repetitive work and hand it to a system.

Sales & lead generation

  • 100+ qualified B2B leads a month, hands-off. One of the first systems I built — automated prospecting, AI-personalized messaging, and outreach, running on my own business. It pulls in 100+ qualified leads a month at minimal cost, so the time goes to closing, not researching.
  • LinkedIn lead engine. Scrape prospects, validate and enrich each contact, write a personalized icebreaker with AI, and sync ready-to-send leads straight into the outreach tool.
  • AI lead finder + contact discovery. Search the web for prospects, use AI to keep only the genuine matches, then hunt down each one’s email and social profiles automatically.
  • Cold-email icebreaker chain. Scrape a company → find its people and emails → write a tailored cold-email opener, feeding a full outbound system.

Billing & client operations

  • Automated invoicing + payment tracking. Create and send invoices through Stripe or Square, track who’s paid in real time, and mark payments off automatically — cutting invoice-management time by around 90%.
  • Form-to-project onboarding. A new client fills out one form and a fully set-up project appears in the CRM, custom fields and all — no manual data entry.
  • Contract automation. A form submission generates the right legal document in PandaDoc, routes it for approval, and handles different fee structures on its own (built for real-estate agreements).
  • Recorded call → filed automatically. Every recorded call becomes a transcript and summary, matched to the right client and filed without anyone touching it.

Content & marketing

  • Keyword → finished article. Hand it a keyword and it researches the topic, writes a sourced, SEO-optimized draft in a human voice, and drops it into a Google Doc.
  • Find and reuse your best content. Scrape a set of profiles, rank posts by engagement, and regenerate more in the style of the top performers.
  • A book turned into a content engine. An author’s 250-page book became a steady feed of on-brand posts and a newsletter — each one written in their voice and traceable back to a chapter.
  • One meeting, three channels. A town-hall transcript turned into a newsletter, a LinkedIn post, and a Facebook post — each platform-formatted and staged for review.
  • Short-form video at scale. A pipeline that produces vertical social videos with consistent AI characters, from a repeatable format.

Commerce & catalog

  • 11,000 products, relisted by AI. An e-commerce store’s catalog rewritten at scale — fresh titles, unique descriptions, and meta tags across roughly 11,000 products, mapped straight into their store.

Industry-specific builds

  • A job board that restocks itself. Listings scraped, deduped, written up, and published straight to the site’s CMS — with expired posts cleaned out automatically.
  • Legal directory intelligence. Attorney and firm profiles scraped from a legal directory, then cross-referenced to flag each firm’s advertising status.
  • Blog → published, with images. A keyworded outline written up section by section, illustrated with generated images, and published to WordPress on its own.

Data, research & monitoring

  • Property & land scout. Watches listings and county tax-sale filings in a target area and pings you the moment a property changes price — with full price history, even past the sites’ bot-blocking.
  • Congressional trading intelligence. A system we built that scrapes government trade disclosures, ranks each lawmaker by real trading performance, and correlates their trades against federal contract awards to surface suspicious overlaps — plus an insider-buying tracker.
  • AI inbox sorting. Reads and categorizes hundreds of emails a day — client, invoice, newsletter, spam — and routes each to its place instantly. (We run this on our own inbox.)
  • A safety net on everything we ship. Every system we build is wired to alert us the second it fails and backed up automatically every week — the same reliability layer we run on our own business.
